Product Description

Coils Crgo

Our Coils are made of high-quality materials. Crgo is also utilized to manufacture coils that are thinner than those produced by hot-rolling mills. Sheet products that look like twisted steel strips are manufactured in hot-rolling mills and are known as spiral sheet products. Crgo is widely used in various applications, including construction, machine manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, making of general-purpose pipes, construction pipes for the oil and gas industry and special-purpose pipes, and a workpiece for the subsequent production of cold-rolled products. In addition, Coils Crgo comprises hot- and cold-rolled coils that have been zinc coated to aid in the protection of the steel from corrosion caused by the environment.

Optimized Electrical Performance

CRGO coils provide superior magnetic properties, offering magnetic flux density of 1.881.95 T at 800 A/m and controlled losses between 0.90 to 1.30 W/kg (grade-dependent). This ensures minimized core losses and enhanced efficiency in transformers and electrical apparatus.

Tailor-Made for Diverse Applications

Manufactured to global standards (IS 3024, DIN 46400, ASTM A876), these coils can be supplied in various grades and thicknesses, conforming to specific transformer and electrical equipment requirements. Size, edge, and packaging are fully customizable as per customer preferences.

Quality, Durability, and Handling

Each coil is packed using steel strapping and wooden pallets for export safety. With a moderate corrosion resistance (enhanced by optional coatings), and the ability to withstand temperatures up to 800C, CRGO coils offer longevity and reliability when stored in dry, clean, indoor conditions.

FAQs of Coils Crgo:

Q: How are Coils CRGO typically used in electrical equipment?

A: Coils CRGO are primarily used in manufacturing transformer cores, power distribution systems, and various choke cores. Their high magnetic permeability and low core loss characteristics make them ideal for electrical equipment requiring efficient magnetic performance and reduced energy loss.

Q: What benefits does the specific electrical resistivity and magnetic flux density offer?

A: An electrical resistivity of 45 cm minimum helps to minimize eddy current loss, while a magnetic flux density range of 1.88 1.95 T at 800 A/m ensures the core can handle higher magnetic fields. This leads to efficient energy conversion and reduces operational losses in transformers.

Q: When is it necessary to request a particular edge condition for CRGO coils?

A: Edge conditionsmill edge or slit edgeare chosen based on downstream manufacturing requirements or safety considerations. For precision winding in transformer core production, slit edges may be preferred, while mill edges are suitable for processes where post-cutting is performed.

Q: What is the process for customizing the dimensions of CRGO coils?

A: Customers can specify length, width, and thickness requirements upon order. The coils are then processed and finished according to these specifications, ensuring compatibility with unique transformer or electrical device designs. Custom edge and coating selections are also available as needed.

Q: Where should CRGO coils be stored to maximize their performance and lifespan?

A: To maintain optimal quality, CRGO coils should be stored in a dry, clean, and indoor environment. Proper storage prevents moisture-related oxidation and preserves the materials magnetic and structural properties until they are ready for use.

Q: How does the insulating coating option improve the product?

A: Requesting an insulating coating increases the coils resistance to corrosion and enhances electrical insulation between stacked layers. This further reduces eddy currents and improves the efficiency and longevity of transformer cores and electrical equipment.

Q: What is the typical lead time and can the minimum order quantity be negotiated?

A: Lead times for CRGO coils generally range from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on order complexity and volume. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is negotiable, and can be tailored to match the needs and scale of the customers project.
